ART Outcomes
The goal of this evaluation is to assess the clinical success of national ART programs in PEPFAR countries using programmatic and clinical indicators: determining compliance with national ART guidelines during rapid scale-up, assessing factors associated with retaining patients and the success of clinical treatments, and identifying program areas that require strengthening.
