M & E Capacity Assessment
The staff at UCSF has experience implementing the Global Fund's M & E Strengthening Tool and conducting assessments of M & E capacity and systems at all levels: programmatic, sub-national, and national. Assessments include understanding capacity and recommending improvements for M & E plans, data management capacities, and data collection and reporting systems.
